Chelsie Park is located in North West Layton.  Most of the homes in this neighborhood were built from 1999 to 2002.  Chelsie Park is a inviting, quiet, family friendly neighbor hood with a large park.  Shopping, transportation, and schools are all close.  With in a mile or so you can find a skatepark, golf course, baseball diamonds, soccer fields and more.  With Hill Air Force Base being so close there has been a lot of activity as far as the real estate market goes.
